When you subscribe to Fictionary, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address.

When you search our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Fictionary uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Fictionary.co. Although Fictionary owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Fictioany.co website, you retain all rights to your manuscript.

If you choose to provide Fictionary with your information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers located in the United States of America and Canada.

We may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Fictionary primary account holder information or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
